Shiloh is located in Richmond, TX, which is about 23 miles southwest of Houston. It’s set back amongst oak and pecan trees, with a prime location that makes a great base for exploring all that Houston and the metro area have to offer. Brazos Bend State Park, the Houston Zoo, NASA, Galveston and the Galleria are all an easy day trip from Shiloh.

In 2001, we bought this piece of land and we slowly built the park from the ground up. It was an exciting time as we finished construction and guests from all over the United States began to visit as they were passing through. Shiloh has become a cozy and comfortable community, where friends wave hello and neighbors watch out for each other. New visitors are always welcome here. 

We pride ourselves on keeping a helpful and cheerful staff who are always ready to help. If you need suggestions to help plan  your day or if you want directions to the nearest grocery store ( which is less than 3 miles away), our office manager is always happy to help.

Coco and Ruby are our Park Pets. We rescued these donkeys from a cattle ranch where they were being used for roping practice. They were skittish and malnourished from years of neglect. However, once they were set free on the farm, they flourished! Did you know that donkeys form close friendships with one another for life? Coco and Ruby are best friends and they love life at the farm! If you see them in the field, you can try calling to them to see if they want a little petting, but please, always be kind to our donkeys.
